Cancellation Policy

Reservations made through Airbnb are subject to the cancellation policy displayed and accepted at the time of booking.

For stays booked under Airbnb’s Firm policy, the conditions shown by Airbnb at the time of reservation will apply.

For stays of 28 nights or more, Airbnb’s applicable long-term cancellation policy will apply.

Reservations made directly with MyCasa Collection are subject to the cancellation terms presented and accepted at the time of booking.

The applicable cancellation conditions will always be clearly displayed before payment and confirmation of the reservation.
