Parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance by MyCasa Collection. When approved, an additional pet fee of $500 MXN applies.
Occupancy & Guests
Maximum occupancy varies by property and is specified in each listing. All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
Photography & Filming
Commercial photography or filming requires prior written authorization from MyCasa Collection.
Building Amenities
Access to amenities is subject to availability, reservation requirements, operating hours, and the rules of each building.
Care of the Property
Please treat the apartment, furniture, linens, towels, amenities, and common areas with care.
Additional charges may apply for damages, smoking, excessive cleaning, excessive noise, lost items, or unauthorized guests.
